Risk Management In The Age Of Terrorism

Please join us on the afternoon of Thursday, March 24th where the presentation will be followed by a Networking Social with beverages and hors d'ouvres provided. Doubletree Hotel in St. Louis Park, MN.  As on overview, check out the Global Terrorism Index for 2015 infographic on the materials tab. 

Registration starts at 3:00 and presentations will begin at 3:30.  The Networking Social will run from 5:00 to 6:00.

There are 2 ways to register:

  1. Online, using the Registration tab above.  Please note:  You must have a PayPal account to register online.  
  2. Download the registration form from the Materials tab above (to be added after the  location is finalized).  

If registering online, please select the appropriate registration option from the drop-down box 

On-Line Registration will be open until 3/21.  Or Mail/fax registration to Rita Rubblke per the Registration form.  Call for registration after 3/21/2016.

Richard Lett (Member Royal Victorian Order - MVO)

LeClair Group

Richard has a unique understanding of risk management. Richard served for 30 years with the Metropolitan Police in London, otherwise known as Scotland Yard. He was a member of SO14, Royalty Protection Services. He also planned, implemented and delivered major UK and international protection operations, including commanding the VIP Protection Operations for Central London during the 2012 Olympic Games. Richard was made a member of the Royal Victorian Order (MVO) by Queen Elizabeth II. Shortly after retiring from his first career, Richard followed his American wife to Minnesota, where he has found a second career with LeClair Group.

Judson Freed

Director of Emergency Management and Homeland Security
Ramsey County, Minnesota

Judson Freed is Director if Emergency Management and Homeland Security for Ramsey County, Minnesota, which includes the city of Saint Paul. He is also the Vice Chairman of the National Association of Counties Emergency Management and Homeland Security Subcommittee. He has over 25 years of emergency management experience. He has a Master's degree in Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School.
