Happy New Year!
I hope you had a great holiday season that was both merry and bright! You may be surprised to hear from me now that we are in 2022, but our planned 2022 President, Peggy Howell, had a family issue come up in December that has required her to step down from the board to prioritize her family. Therefore, in compliance with the board bylaws, I will be serving another term as President. I am honored to take on this role again, and on behalf of the board I am hoping you are just as excited for 2022 as we are!
We hope you value your CPCU membership and we are committed to offering you programming and networking opportunities throughout the year. We also want you to find ways to participate in our Chapter. Volunteer with the board, sign up for a virtual or in-person meeting, or just keep reading these monthly Chaptergrams to see if there is a way for you to get more involved with CPCU.
Speaking of membership, it’s time to renew! You can easily renew by going to www.cpcusociety.org today and take advantage of the many membership benefits and volunteer leadership opportunities to continue your professional development in 2022.
Feel free to reach out to me at jommen@secura.net if you have any questions or want to discuss ways to get more involved in our organization.
Here’s to 2022!
